The Mourning Path -

The cosmic tide that one day dragged us into life

Today is throwing us

Against the stones of the solitary path

Which we will go across towards our death

A journey we will do in solitude and emptiness

While we think of how brief our life was

And how trivial our acts were

The clouds that fed our dreams

Today are storms that feed nightmares

Turning into black everything we have around

Like a thick wall between us and the rest

In the shadows of the dusk where all hope will fade

And then, we will see with our own eyes

How the fatal moment approaches

We try to remember you

But we can’t hear your voices faded years ago

And about us, nothing will remain

But a bitter memory for the living

And a release for ourselves

Through a mourning path we will walk

Remembering them in another thought

But now they are forever lost

Until our death, when we all will belong to the void

La marea cosmica che un giorno ci ha trascinato nella vita

Oggi ci sta travolgendo

Contro le pietre del sentiero solitario

Che attraverseremo verso la nostra morte

Un viaggio che faremo nella solitudine e nel vuoto

Mentre pensiamo a quanto sia stata breve la nostra vita

E com'erano banali i nostri atti

Le nuvole che alimentavano i nostri sogni

Oggi sono tempeste che alimentano gli incubi

Trasformare in nero tutto ciò che abbiamo in giro

Come uno spesso muro tra noi e gli altri

All'ombra del crepuscolo dove ogni speranza svanirà

E poi, vedremo con i nostri occhi

Come si avvicina il momento fatale

Cerchiamo di ricordarti

Ma non possiamo sentire le tue voci sbiadite anni fa

E di noi non resterà nulla

Ma un amaro ricordo per i vivi

E una liberazione per noi stessi

Attraverso un percorso di lutto cammineremo

Ricordandoli in un altro pensiero

Ma ora sono persi per sempre

Fino alla nostra morte, quando apparterremo tutti al vuoto
