The Singularity - Terrans I - Being

Imagine a drifting seed, at the whim of the current it sees,

Vast distances, lands, and seas, only able to capture what it,

Seizes upon, leading it on, forever gone,

Breathing on, until the, current’s gone, forever gone.

Imagine the body alive, senses driving the animal live,

Through the air, land, and sea they arrive, yet its only through others that

they keep,

Thriving on, until they, are gone, forever gone,

Subsiding on, all the, life withdrawn, forever gone.

The Cosmist

Imagine sentient existence, that we know,

All through our own experiences.

The only whims, (We're thrust upon…),

We aren’t condemned, (To carry on…),

All the variables that we now rely on,

(Just can’t compare…),

To the variables that we all belie on,

(Still unaware…)

The inevitably opening eyes will see…

The Terrans

Control is a bitter illusion, despite whatever our conclusion,

We must all abide, by the wind and the tide.

The Cosmists

Though the winds will go their separate ways, I find,

Myself being pulled apart in ways, aligned…

…To colors blind, so uninclined,

To bear in mind…

I’m unconfined,

This time!

The Terran

The variables become, an infinite unending spectrum,

So then do we just succumb, or do we pursue the total sum?

The Cosmists

In our little lives, we are all pursuing meaning,

Rarely it arrives, without one of us intervening,

All of it.

So step, out of my way now,

If anything, I’ll intervene, on anything, that I can glean,

My hands around, these hands around!

Thought I, represent ways how,

We’re progressing, life spreading wing, still what we bring, is anything,

But common ground…

No common ground!!!

Immagina un seme alla deriva, per il capriccio della corrente che vede,

Vaste distanze, terre e mari, in grado di catturare solo ciò che,

Si impossessa, conducendolo, per sempre andato,

Respirando, finché la corrente è andata, andata per sempre.

Immagina il corpo vivo, i sensi che guidano l'animale dal vivo,

Attraverso l'aria, la terra e il mare arrivano, ma è solo attraverso gli altri che

mantengono,

Vivendo, finché non se ne saranno andati, andati per sempre,

Continuando a placarsi, tutta la vita ritirata, andata per sempre.

Il Cosmista

Immagina l'esistenza senziente, che sappiamo,

Tutto attraverso le nostre stesse esperienze.

Gli unici capricci, (Siamo spinti su...),

Non siamo condannati, (Per andare avanti...),

Tutte le variabili su cui ora facciamo affidamento,

(Semplicemente non posso confrontare...),

Alle variabili su cui tutti crediamo,

(ancora ignaro...)

Gli occhi che inevitabilmente si aprono vedranno...

I terrestri

Il controllo è un'amara illusione, nonostante la nostra conclusione,

Tutti dobbiamo attenerci, al vento e alla marea.

I Cosmisti

Anche se i venti prenderanno strade separate, trovo,

Me stesso separato in modi, allineato...

Il Cosmista

…Per daltonici, così poco inclini,

Tenere a mente…

I Cosmisti

non sono confinato,

Questa volta!

Il terrestre

Le variabili diventano, uno spettro infinito,

Quindi allora soccombiamo o perseguiamo la somma totale?

I Cosmisti

Nelle nostre piccole vite, stiamo tutti perseguendo il significato,

Raramente arriva, senza che uno di noi intervenga,

Tutto.

Quindi fai un passo, togliti di strada ora,

Se qualcosa, interverrò, su qualsiasi cosa, che posso spigolare,

Le mie mani in giro, queste mani in giro!

Ho pensato che rappresento i modi in cui,

Stiamo progredendo, la vita si diffonde ala, ancora ciò che portiamo è qualsiasi cosa,

Ma terreno comune...

Nessun terreno comune!!!
