The Fall of Man: The Rise of Self - Besieged

Black eyes, black hearts, black mouths, black clouds

I saw the black hearts consume a world I know and love

They were relentless in their destruction

They changed the hearts of those that used to care, and they brought death with

their words

I saw the black hearts summon a plague, perpetuated by all those it took hold of

On swift wings the blackest clouds rolled in to block out the sun

And, with all hope gone, man sighed his final breath, for he had turned against

himslf

The sequenc I observed that day unfolded in this fashion:

Black eyes, black hearts, black mouths, black clouds

Occhi neri, cuori neri, bocche nere, nuvole nere

Ho visto i cuori neri consumare un mondo che conosco e amo

Erano implacabili nella loro distruzione

Hanno cambiato il cuore di coloro che erano soliti prendersene cura e hanno portato con sé la morte

le loro parole

Ho visto i cuori neri evocare una piaga, perpetuata da tutti coloro di cui si è impossessato

Con ali veloci le nuvole più nere sono arrivate per bloccare il sole

E, con ogni speranza persa, l'uomo sospirò il suo ultimo respiro, perché si era voltato contro

stesso

La sequenza che ho osservato quel giorno si è svolta in questo modo:
