Through burning waters I rode on the winds of slaming steel

I left behind all my empty dreams

In my quest for power I found the keys to unlock the door

And the gateways beckoned for my soul

Echoes from the past, haunts in the darkness behind me

A black silhouette casts its shadow over the walls

I kneel before the gate, unlocking the secret domains

Take me away into the night

In the midst of the black I found my way

The midnight lantern shines through the sea of my mind

Through fire and ice I’ll be reborn

Baptized in the fountain of might by the power of the gods

Beneath the fountains crest I fall down to my knees

My soul is now charged with the infinite power of might

Steel rains over me, basking in light from below

I burn with might as I enter the end

On the other side I’m greeted by a burning host

With hourglass in his hand and in the other the keys to death’s door

The bells chimes loud in the night, which way should I choose?

I walk on by and chose the path of no return…

Washing over me as I finally die
