This morning I woke up

Felt like a monk

Silently observing something celibate

I’ve been dreaming of a seeing love

Feels like I’m obsolete

Giving away pieces of me

No loving in return for what I give you easily

I take it back

You take everything

Just like poetry unrecited

I think of us

And the moon turns iodine red

I’ve go no reservations,

Not going anywhere

Neither is this but what do you care

We could keep on getting deeper to reach the nothing

Nowhere

I could be what you want me to be

But that wouldn’t mean that much to me

I’m aware of my own importance you close your eyes to see

The fire that burns in you is desire that isn’t mine to free

Questa mattina mi sono svegliato

Mi sentivo come un monaco

Osservare in silenzio qualcosa di celibe

Ho sognato un amore che vede

Mi sembra di essere obsoleto

Regalare pezzi di me

Nessun amore in cambio per ciò che ti do facilmente

Lo porto indietro

Prendi tutto

Proprio come la poesia non recitata

Penso a noi

E la luna diventa rosso iodio

Vado senza prenotazioni,

Non vado da nessuna parte

Né è questo, ma cosa ti importa

Potremmo continuare ad approfondire per raggiungere il nulla

Luogo inesistente

Potrei essere ciò che vuoi che io sia

Ma questo non significherebbe molto per me

Sono consapevole della mia stessa importanza che tu chiudi gli occhi per vedere

Il fuoco che brucia in te è il desiderio che non spetta a me liberare

Proprio come la poesia non recitata
