It’s Friday night

And the football game starts around 7:30

I shower up and put on my boots

Even though they’re a little dirty

Pick up my baby at around 6:10

For a little pre-game fun

Buzzer sounds at the end of 4th quarter

And away we run

To that spot down by the river

It’s Sunday morning

And we just left church

And we’re looking for something to do

Let’s see if it’s true

Me and Nate grab a couple of poles

And we call up the girls on the phone

Said get up out of that Sunday dress
