Eyes of Beauty - Crimson Moonlight

Long time ago, but still in this age

There was a man, seeking the answers

For the questions of life

An angel, so beautiful arrived

By his side and let his voice be heard:

«I'll give you what you seek for

But you will have to give your soul.»

Remember you have nothing to lose

Look forward to what you will be given

The angel seemed so good and honest

The man decided to pay the price

As his soul lay in the angel’s hand

The angel gave him the keys

To the treasure halls and said:

«Always remember,

The truth is everywhere in these halls.

Enter without fear…»

The man opened the first gate

And it was closed behind him

Everywhere were things, that were

Showing him the answers

Just like he been told

Spiritual jewels were

Laying on the ground

Waiting to be taken by his hands

This search went on for many years

Until he was satisfied

With the answers he had been given

Suddenly he noticed something so strange

He had been walking inside

These halls for many years

But not found a way out

Finally he met the angel

Walking in one of the halls

The man ran and asked him for help

But the angel showed him the soul

And told the man:

«Remember what you gave me?

I have given you what you asked for

But there are no way out

From these treasure halls

You will end your days here

In my kingdom»

Things were no longer crystal clear

And suddenly the eyes of beauty turned evil

The betrayer had seemed so white and clean

But the black soul he wore within

Had hidden been until now…

The man was betrayed

Now nothing but pain remained

He could feel his body and spirit break down

The angel enjoyed what was seen before his eyes

Because the promise he once gave

Was nothing but lies

Playing with fire had its price to pay

The man had payed with his soul

To this ancient lair

What good had he been given instead?

If he now died he would never

Be able to see daylight again

The picture of life in divine magnificence

Would forever be gone

The man fell down

On his knees and cried

The angel showed no mercy

And told him there was nothing to do His life could now never be changed

He had received the lie as a truth

And that trust could never be recalled

Suddenly he felt a voice internally saying:

«This is not the end, follow me, I show the way.»

A dove came flying inside the treasure halls

Followed by a lamb that once been slaughtered

The angel’s face turned pale as he saw them

He left the halls at once, frightened to death

The lamb took the blackened soul

Washed it white and gave it back to the man

Tanto tempo fa, ma ancora a questa epoca

C'era un uomo che cercava le risposte

Per le domande della vita

È arrivato un angelo, così bello

Al suo fianco e lascia che la sua voce sia ascoltata:

«Ti darò quello che cerchi

Ma dovrai dare la tua anima.»

Ricorda che non hai nulla da perdere

Attendo con ansia ciò che ti verrà dato

L'angelo sembrava così buono e onesto

L'uomo ha deciso di pagare il prezzo

Mentre la sua anima giaceva nella mano dell'angelo

L'angelo gli diede le chiavi

Alle sale del tesoro e disse:

"Ricordate sempre,

La verità è ovunque in queste sale.

Entra senza paura...»

L'uomo aprì il primo cancello

Ed è stato chiuso dietro di lui

Ovunque c'erano cose, ecco

Mostrandogli le risposte

Proprio come gli è stato detto

I gioielli spirituali erano

Sdraiato a terra

In attesa di essere preso dalle sue mani

Questa ricerca è andata avanti per molti anni

Finché non fu soddisfatto

Con le risposte che gli erano state date

All'improvviso ha notato qualcosa di così strano

Stava camminando dentro

Queste sale per molti anni

Ma non ho trovato una via d'uscita

Alla fine ha incontrato l'angelo

Camminando in una delle sale

L'uomo è corso e gli ha chiesto aiuto

Ma l'angelo gli mostrò l'anima

E disse all'uomo:

«Ricordi cosa mi hai dato?

Ti ho dato quello che hai chiesto

Ma non ci sono vie d'uscita

Da queste sale del tesoro

Finirai le tue giornate qui

Nel mio regno»

Le cose non erano più cristalline

E all'improvviso gli occhi della bellezza si sono trasformati in malvagi

Il traditore era sembrato così bianco e pulito

Ma l'anima nera che indossava dentro

Era stato nascosto fino ad ora...

L'uomo è stato tradito

Ora non restava altro che dolore

Poteva sentire il suo corpo e il suo spirito crollare

L'angelo ha goduto di ciò che è stato visto davanti ai suoi occhi

Perché la promessa che ha fatto una volta

Non erano altro che bugie

Giocare con il fuoco ha avuto un prezzo da pagare

L'uomo aveva pagato con la sua anima

A questa antica tana

Che cosa gli era stato dato invece?

Se ora fosse morto, non lo sarebbe mai stato

Riuscire a vedere di nuovo la luce del giorno

L'immagine della vita nella magnificenza divina

Sarebbe sparito per sempre

L'uomo è caduto

In ginocchio e piangeva

L'angelo non ha mostrato pietà

E gli disse che non c'era niente da fare. La sua vita ora non poteva più essere cambiata

Aveva ricevuto la bugia come una verità

E quella fiducia non potrebbe mai essere richiamata

All'improvviso sentì una voce internamente che diceva:

«Questa non è la fine, seguimi, ti mostro la strada.»

Una colomba è arrivata volando all'interno delle sale del tesoro

Seguito da un agnello che una volta era stato macellato

Il viso dell'angelo divenne pallido quando li vide

Lasciò immediatamente i corridoi, spaventato a morte

L'agnello prese l'anima annerita

Lo lavò di bianco e lo restituì all'uomo
