To her defense my brother walked out

Raising his fist and screaming «Get out…

It’s me she’s with now!»

Hotel hospital the tears burned my eyes

I slipped into nighttime and deep into dying

Without even trying

Ucciso da un proiettile di una pistola gelosa

Gli sbatté le palpebre e gli trafisse i polmoni

Il danno è ora fatto

Era stato visto dal suo amante la sera prima

Giurando di ucciderlo fuori dalla sua porta

In sua difesa mio fratello se ne andò

Alzando il pugno e urlando «Fuori...

Sono io con lei adesso!»

Hotel Hospital le lacrime mi bruciarono gli occhi

Sono scivolato nella notte e nel profondo della morte
