Before my eyes

Pictures appear

From long ago

But still so clear

With skies of blue

Wind in my hair

We shared a moment

Without a single care

I still remember

One summer’s day

She held my hand

To lead the way

And showed me treasures

Love in her smile

We strolled the meadows

And sang a lullaby

Wild flowers were in bloom

Wearing a crown of dew

And sunrays on the leaves

Danced in and out of view

Hear the stream that’s flowing by Swallows flying in the sky

All the beauties of the land

I began to understand

On that day she held my hand

Brilliant colours all around

Million wonders to be found

While the perfume in the air

Takes my senses unawares

Giving joy without compare

Her tender voice

Whispered a sound

And made my heart

Begin to pound

A children’s rhyme

Rings in my ears

Captured in my mind

To dissipate all fears

Roaming in my dream

Feeling as I did before

Safe within my mem’ries

Opening that secret door

Brilliant colours all around

Million wonders to be found

Thousand graceful butterflies

Rise to fill this paradise

As they catch me by surprise

Hear the stream that’s flowing by Swallows flying in the sky

Endless haunting melodies

Spreading mystic poetry

To enlight my fantasy

There’s a rainbow in my heart

Even though we had to part

Shining on forever bright

Like a diamond in the night

Always there to make things right

I fiori selvatici erano in fiore

Indossa una corona di rugiada

E i raggi del sole sulle foglie

Ballato dentro e fuori dalla visuale

Ascolta il flusso che scorre dalle rondini che volano nel cielo

Tutte le bellezze della terra

Ho cominciato a capire

Quel giorno mi tenne la mano

Colori brillanti tutto intorno

Milioni di meraviglie da trovare

Mentre il profumo nell'aria

Prende i miei sensi alla sprovvista

Dare gioia senza confronti

La sua voce tenera

Sussurrò un suono

E ha reso il mio cuore

Inizia a battere

Una filastrocca per bambini

Mi squilla nelle orecchie

Catturato nella mia mente

Per dissipare tutte le paure

Roaming nel mio sogno

Sentendomi come prima

Al sicuro nei miei ricordi

Aprendo quella porta segreta

Colori brillanti tutto intorno

Milioni di meraviglie da trovare

Mille graziose farfalle

Alzati per riempire questo paradiso

Mentre mi colgono di sorpresa

Infinite melodie ossessionanti

Diffondere la poesia mistica

Per illuminare la mia fantasia

C'è un arcobaleno nel mio cuore

Splende per sempre luminoso
