Thus ends the story of the Burgundian house

The forth duke who nearly became king, led his house

Instead into his doom

Died with no son, his land scattered amongst allies and

Enemies

But his great-grandson Charles V., who was named

After him, achieved what Charles never accomplished:

He became King of the Romans, King of Italy and Holy

Roman Emperor

But at the end this is only fading history…

Il quarto duca, che quasi divenne re, guidava la sua casa

Invece nel suo destino

Morto senza figlio, la sua terra si disperse tra gli alleati e

Nemici

Ma il suo pronipote Carlo V., che si chiamava

Dopo di lui, ha ottenuto ciò che Charles non ha mai realizzato:

Divenne Re dei Romani, Re d'Italia e Santo

imperatore romano

Ma alla fine questa è solo una storia che svanisce...
