I remember bygone days

Dreams were blooming like an aster in the haze

In the springtide of my life

There was convincement my desires all would thrive

Then the winds were getting bleaker

But my hopes didn’t wither away

Seas may roar

And storms may scourge the shore

Trees may bow

As they wait in fear for snow

Leaves may fall

Cause they obey the autumn’s call

But though time runs

An aster stands tall until the winter comes

Summer passed away so fast

Safe in the knowledge that an aster still would last

Though the days got gray and cold

I’m still wondering what boon life will unfold

Though the winds are getting bleaker

My hopes won’t wither away

Ricordo i giorni passati

I sogni sbocciavano come un astro nella foschia

Nella primavera della mia vita

C'era la convinzione che tutti i miei desideri avrebbero prosperato

Poi il vento si è fatto più fosco

Ma le mie speranze non sono svanite

I mari possono ruggire

E le tempeste possono flagellare la riva

Gli alberi possono piegarsi

Mentre aspettano con paura della neve

Le foglie possono cadere

Perché obbediscono al richiamo dell'autunno

Ma anche se il tempo scorre

Un aster è alto fino all'arrivo dell'inverno

L'estate è passata così in fretta

Al sicuro sapendo che un aster ancora sarebbe durato

Anche se le giornate sono diventate grigie e fredde

Mi chiedo ancora quale vantaggio si svilupperà nella vita

Anche se i venti stanno diventando più cupi

Le mie speranze non svaniranno
