I think i’ve read this book before

Hardbound shiny cover pretty colors

But an ending that’s sure to disappoint

It’s not what you’d expect when you open the box

And all the things you wish you’d find

Fleeting and taunting

Colors drab and ordinary

Compared to the brilliant white of not knowing what’s inside

But how can i bear to behold that dream now

That my eyes have adjusted to the concrete walls of this box that i’ve opened

I know i’m more than just a little fucked up but i’m trying to make my way back

home

Copertina cartonata lucida bei colori

Ma un finale che sicuramente deluderà

Non è quello che ti aspetteresti quando apri la scatola

E tutte le cose che vorresti trovare

Fuggevole e provocante

Colori scialbi e ordinari

Rispetto al bianco brillante del non sapere cosa c'è dentro

Ma come posso sopportare di contemplare quel sogno adesso

Che i miei occhi si sono adattati alle pareti di cemento di questa scatola che ho aperto

So di essere più di un semplice incasinato, ma sto cercando di tornare indietro

casa
