Fear detonates a quake

That ruptures calm again

The blood begins to boil

I look for patience to terminate the stress

to find self-confidence

And with action I wait

Maybe I don’t do enough, maybe I do too much

I lose course when I lose myself

The way I followed is heading against the wind

And it became a duty

Is this about finding wisdom or happiness?

To whom must I smile more than to myself?

Pressure — arduous effort to reach the sun

Moving on with passion

Did I choose the goal?

Did it choose me?

Will it make me better?

Or is it just a fantasy?

What is this life about?

What if everything is an illusion?

A game that we must sadly play

With rules to stop our evolution

I listen again that voice inside of me that shows me the way

Sometimes I shut it out with doubt and fear

But when I reconnect with the whole nothing makes me scared

Fear detonates a quake

That ruptures calm again

I stop to take a deep breath

Channel my energy and share my pain with the earth

Tension fades away

Knots are not there

I’ll leave my longings and fears to the winds

And with inner peace retake the ques

La paura fa esplodere un terremoto

Che rompe di nuovo la calma

Il sangue inizia a bollire

Cerco la pazienza per porre fine allo stress

per trovare fiducia in se stessi

E con l'azione io aspetto

Forse non faccio abbastanza, forse faccio troppo

Perdo la rotta quando perdo me stesso

Il modo in cui l'ho seguito è andare controvento

Ed è diventato un dovere

Si tratta di trovare saggezza o felicità?

A chi devo sorridere più che a me stesso?

Pressione : sforzo arduo per raggiungere il sole

Andare avanti con passione

Ho scelto l'obiettivo?

Ha scelto me?

Mi farà migliorare?

O è solo una fantasia?

Di cosa tratta questa vita?

E se tutto fosse un'illusione?

Un gioco che dobbiamo purtroppo giocare

Con regole per fermare la nostra evoluzione

Riascolto quella voce dentro di me che mi mostra la strada

A volte lo chiudo con dubbio e paura

Ma quando mi riconnetto con il tutto, niente mi fa spaventare

La paura fa esplodere un terremoto

Che rompe di nuovo la calma

Mi fermo per fare un respiro profondo

Canalizza la mia energia e condividi il mio dolore con la terra

La tensione svanisce

I nodi non ci sono

Lascerò al vento i miei desideri e le mie paure

E con pace interiore riprendi le domande
