Another empty page and I wonder what to lay upon it.

Maybe an apology, a declaration of remorse.

The weight of the words is subjective

but I’ve only so many lines until the rhymes of the next song begin.

Will this one mean anything by then?

Perhaps it’s just the pattern of life,

we mind the matter and not the meaning.

It’s not always gleaming so don’t avert your eyes in fear of going blind.

Luminosity is more subtle than you’d think,

and your intentions are more important than anything.

All is fleeting and I can’t wait for this page to burn.

The smoke will turn the wheels

the way the wind moves you to the place you’ve earned.

You’ll have nothing once you’re there

but the songs once in the air will replay in your head.

You’ll repeat the mantra with more intent.

Would you believe that you have everything you need?

Dig it.

This can’t just be the pattern of life,

Un'altra pagina vuota e mi chiedo cosa metterci sopra.

Forse delle scuse, una dichiarazione di rimorso.

Il peso delle parole è soggettivo

ma ho solo così tante righe prima che inizino le rime della canzone successiva.

Questo significherà qualcosa per allora?

Forse è solo il modello della vita,

ci occupiamo della questione e non del significato.

Non sempre luccica, quindi non distogliere lo sguardo per paura di diventare cieco.

La luminosità è più sottile di quanto pensi,

e le tue intenzioni sono più importanti di ogni altra cosa.

Tutto sta fuggendo e non vedo l'ora che questa pagina venga masterizzata.

Il fumo farà girare le ruote

il modo in cui il vento ti porta nel luogo che ti sei guadagnato.

Non avrai niente una volta che sarai lì

ma le canzoni una volta nell'aria si ripeteranno nella tua testa.

Ripeterai il mantra con più intento.

Crederesti di avere tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno?

Scavalo.

Questo non può essere solo il modello della vita,

a tenere presente la questione e non il significato.
