Towards Earth - Immolation

To the most high, above all

They cower in his might

But now, in his nakedness and shame

He falls…

Fallen King… to endure

Ceaseless pain… world is dead

Mighty God… pulling down

The heavens divide, revealing a light

From out of the sky, their savior appears

The figure adorned in wonder and brilliance

Plummeting down, falling to earth

In horror they watch, it was all just a lie

As light turns to black, devours their hope… and faith

Mighty God… pulling down

Casting down… everything high

And bringing you… towards earth

Cold darkness, swallows life

Heavens promise, stolen light

Now to suffer with their fallen Christ

Blood to dust, flesh to dirt

To the earth, they lie

Light of God, never seen

To the most high, from below

They cower in his might

But now in triumphant glory

Rejoice the fall of God

Towards Earth

Might God… pulling down

Casting down… everything high

And bringing you… towards earth

Mighty God… consume the light

Casting down… your pathetic Christ

And bringing them… towards Hell

Al più alto, soprattutto

Si rannicchiano nella sua forza

Ma ora, nella sua nudità e vergogna

Lui cade…

Re caduto... da sopportare

Dolore incessante... il mondo è morto

Dio potente... tirando giù

I cieli si dividono, rivelando una luce

Dal cielo appare il loro salvatore

La figura adornata di meraviglia e brillantezza

Precipitando, cadendo a terra

Nell'orrore che guardano, era solo una bugia

Quando la luce diventa nera, divora la loro speranza... e la loro fede

Dio potente... tirando giù

Abbattere... tutto in alto

E portandoti... verso la terra

Oscurità fredda, ingoia la vita

Il cielo promette, luce rubata

Ora a soffrire con il loro Cristo decaduto

Sangue alla polvere, carne alla sporcizia

Sulla terra, mentono

Luce di Dio, mai vista

Al più alto, dal basso

Si rannicchiano nella sua forza

Ma ora in gloria trionfante

Rallegrati per la caduta di Dio

Verso la Terra

Dio potrebbe... tirare giù

Abbattere... tutto in alto

E portandoti... verso la terra

Dio potente... consuma la luce

Abbattere... il tuo patetico Cristo

E portandoli... verso l'Inferno
