Ice grew thick upon the water, no little chance to make a gap

Snowmen growing by the storm, swaying swords and menacing straps

Only a very good fighter could get through this white falanx

Possibly too the sun could destroy it, but that bitch kept hiding herself

On our side and lack of spirit, some of us even shaking with fear

Dozens of dangers still increasing, we saw our luck wasn’t near

As though a muse had entered into our dying minds

Something excited our tongues, made us sing loud

Will this be the end of us?

Shall we give up trying, all of us?

Oh no, we must not cowardly

Leave all the friends we used to have

All that we heard was our sad complaint

If we don’t raise our heads we’ll be killed

Now what should a man be like if he weren’t

Strong enough to pull himself together

Weak as we were we found it so hard

To follow the right way to make up our minds

But at the moment of complete despair

The voice we were waiting for shouted

How could you ever break through just lying down there!

Il ghiaccio si è addensato sull'acqua, non poche possibilità di creare un varco

Pupazzi di neve che crescono sotto la tempesta, spade ondeggianti e cinghie minacciose

Solo un ottimo combattente potrebbe superare questa falange bianca

Forse anche il sole avrebbe potuto distruggerlo, ma quella puttana continuava a nascondersi

Dalla nostra parte e mancanza di spirito, alcuni di noi tremano addirittura dalla paura

Dozzine di pericoli continuano ad aumentare, abbiamo visto che la nostra fortuna non era vicina

Come se una musa fosse entrata nelle nostre menti morenti

Così abbiamo pensato, e fuggendo sul flusso

Stavamo finalmente affrontando il nostro rilascio

E proprio quando le nostre mani potevano raggiungere la riva

Volgemmo la faccia all'indietro verso il lago

Dalla nebbia uscivano grida di aiuto

Tutto ciò che abbiamo visto era solo un corpo destinato ad annegare

Lottando per respirare, è sceso nel profondo

Pallido ha trasformato i nostri volti, guardando le bolle salire

Tutti angosciati, piangenti proprio come bambini

Tirandosi l'un l'altro sulla riva

Abbiamo scoperto che era rimasta una soluzione

Dobbiamo continuare a combattere sempre
