More Bad News - Jerry Paper

When I turn on the radio

All I hear is more bad news

Driving over to the pharmacy

To get me something that is good for me

Take it once or twice;

it doesn’t work

The theme gets more abstract with each passing fact

I’d ask a friend but I don’t know where they went

I left my phone at home, it feels healthier

I fumble with controls 'til I fit my role

The Santa Anas blow through this whole tableau

I flick a switch and off goes my radio

Tutto quello che sento sono altre cattive notizie

Guidando verso la farmacia

Per procurarmi qualcosa che sia buono per me

Prendilo una o due volte;

 non funziona

Il tema diventa più astratto con ogni fatto che passa

Chiederei a un amico ma non so dove sia andato

Ho lasciato il telefono a casa, sembra più sano

Armeggio con i controlli finché non mi adatto al mio ruolo

I Santa Ana soffiano attraverso l'intero tableau

Premo un interruttore e la mia radio si spegne
