how do I explain that

Hey let’s start running

for no reason

let’s start laughing

without any jokes

when did we need excuese to do what we do I won’t explain myself

that’s right

we can go out

watch a movie

climb out my window

in the middle of the night

and when the world’s asleep we shall dance like mad amusement only

would’t you agree that sounds nice

so you mean you just

don’t like wearing shoes

I’ve got sweety feet

I think I’ve made my point

if you truly like it then

it won’t mean a thing

if it’s a trend or if it’s banned

by the fashion police

all the things I do I don’t do them for you

I’m not down to earth not

planning to be

it’s all hypocrisy

mettiti le scarpe

le persone mi dicevano

di qualche tipo o qualcosa

come lo spiego

Semplicemente non ci credo

tutto questo apposta per

la percezione che il mondo ha di me

i bambini scrivono

Ehi, iniziamo a correre

per nessuna ragione

iniziamo a ridere

quando abbiamo avuto bisogno di una scusa per fare quello che facciamo non mi spiegherò

giusto

possiamo uscire

guardare un film

esci dalla mia finestra

nel mezzo della notte

e quando il mondo dorme, balleremo solo come pazzi divertiti

non saresti d'accordo che suona bene

quindi vuoi dire solo tu

non mi piace indossare le scarpe

Ho dei piedi dolci

Penso di aver chiarito il mio punto

se ti piace davvero allora

non significherà nulla

se è una tendenza o se è vietato

dalla polizia della moda

tutte le cose che faccio non le faccio per te

Non sono con i piedi per terra no

pianificando di essere

è tutta ipocrisia
