I don’t know where I’m at or who I am, I’m being asked

If I recognize certain places and faces, scriptures and diagrams

Evaluations to see where my mind is

They said I’ll understand in due time but I don’t know what time is

They bring a woman in to visit me

And she descriptively begins to give to me vivid periods of my history

I’m trying to figure out who this could be

A mystery it all persist to be, right now I don’t even exist to me

She kisses me like she been missing me

Then instantly the doctor gives her paper with twenty words on a list to me

For hours he tried to empower me

And out of the twenty, nineteen I couldn’t place but one was jumping out at me

I don’t feel crazy, I’m very sane

I’m trying to gain recollection, the doctor matches pictures up to every name

I try to concentrate to remember but nothing comes

I overheard the doctor tell the same lady I’m suffering from Amnesia

My world, ain’t the same

Don’t know who I am, I don’t know my name

Can’t remember my life, I can’t remember my ways

Can’t remember my nights, I can’t remember my days

Now, they bring me to a different bed and hooked me up to a machine

That gave his thoughts when they strapped it to your head

Was I a righteous man or evil dude, they judged my feelings

To certain words based on how fast the needle moves

My reactions would diversify, the words they said sparked emotion

Some made me laugh and others made me cry

The needle jumped out at a crazy pace and when he said

The word from the list that he gave me, I saw the lady’s face

They brought a young child in

Who began to shed tears until he looked into my eyes and started smiling

Like he was happy that he found me, something was familiar about the feeling

When he wrapped his arms around me, listen

Something is coming back, I’m reminiscing

A distant memory of me and this child but there was somebody missing

Where was this other person at, part of this puzzle could be deciphered

If something could bring that person back

It’s no mirrors in this room I’m at, to prove this fact

They handed me a picture of myself and I asked em who is that

I start to drag like I’m going mad

It was something making me feel hatred for this picture even though I had

I tore the picture up and then I screamed

The frustration of not knowing nothing of nobody was just too extreme

Hopes that my memory could be redeemed

I’m still struggling with the one word that seemed to outshine the other 19

They strapped me down like a wild man, the lady walked back in the room

With another female who held the child’s hand

When I felt that presence it calmed me, but as they swarmed me

The calm became a storm cause what they sung alarmed me

I heard the hate they spoke with optics blurred

Telling me the reason I forgot them and myself was I forgot the word

Right then I felt it like a gust of wind

A voice said wake up, I heard clapping and I was on a stage with 2 other men

Opened my eyes and realized, G

A hypnotist had hypnotized another man and at the same time hypnotized me

He said raise your arm and hold it up

The other hypnotized man was the Dr and in my hand the list was folded up

I opened it wondering what can it be

It was the 19 words from the fantasy, the list consists of friends and family

Yeah my mother wife and son is who those people was

And the one word from the list that seemed to stand out was the word 'Love'

Suppressed in my subconscience mind, amnesia in this case

Is when love is in you but you forget to show it all the time

Now back to normal, he’s converting me

Said I wouldn’t recall a thing, went back to my seat

And told Dope, «I told you it wouldn’t work on me»

Non so dove sono o chi sono, mi viene chiesto

Se riconosco determinati luoghi e volti, scritture e diagrammi

Valutazioni per vedere dov'è la mia mente

Hanno detto che capirò a tempo debito ma non so che ora sia

Portano una donna a trovarmi

E in modo descrittivo inizia a darmi periodi vividi della mia storia

Sto cercando di capire chi potrebbe essere

Un mistero tutto persiste ad essere, in questo momento non esisto nemmeno per me

Mi bacia come se le mancassi

Poi immediatamente il dottore mi consegna il suo documento con venti parole su una lista

Per ore ha cercato di darmi potere

E dei venti, diciannove non riuscivo a collocare, ma uno mi stava saltando addosso

Non mi sento pazzo, sono molto sano di mente

Sto cercando di recuperare i ricordi, il dottore abbina le immagini a tutti i nomi

Cerco di concentrarmi per ricordare ma non succede nulla

Ho sentito il dottore dire alla stessa signora che soffro di amnesia

Il mio mondo, non è lo stesso

Non so chi sono, non conosco il mio nome

Non riesco a ricordare la mia vita, non riesco a ricordare i miei modi

Non riesco a ricordare le mie notti, non riesco a ricordare i miei giorni

Ora mi portano in un altro letto e mi collegano a una macchina

Questo ha dato i suoi pensieri quando l'hanno legato alla testa

Se fossi un uomo giusto o un tipo malvagio, hanno giudicato i miei sentimenti

Per certe parole in base alla velocità con cui si muove l'ago

Le mie reazioni si sarebbero diversificate, le parole che hanno detto hanno suscitato emozione

Alcuni mi hanno fatto ridere e altri mi hanno fatto piangere

L'ago è saltato fuori a un ritmo folle e quando ha detto

La parola dalla lista che mi ha dato, ho visto la faccia della signora

Hanno portato un bambino

Che ha iniziato a piangere finché non mi ha guardato negli occhi e ha iniziato a sorridere

Come se fosse felice di avermi trovato, qualcosa era familiare nella sensazione

Quando mi ha avvolto tra le braccia, ascolta

Qualcosa sta tornando, sto ricordando

Un lontano ricordo di me e di questo bambino ma mancava qualcuno

Dov'era quest'altra persona, è stato possibile decifrare parte di questo puzzle

Se qualcosa potesse riportare indietro quella persona

Non ci sono specchi in questa stanza in cui mi trovo, per dimostrare questo fatto

Mi hanno consegnato una foto di me stesso e io gli ho chiesto chi fosse

Comincio a trascinare come se stessi impazzendo

È stato qualcosa che mi ha fatto provare odio per questa foto anche se l'avevo fatto

Ho strappato l'immagine e poi ho urlato

La frustrazione di non sapere nulla di nessuno era semplicemente troppo estrema

Spera che la mia memoria possa essere riscattata

Sto ancora lottando con l'unica parola che sembrava eclissare le altre 19

Mi hanno legato come un uomo selvaggio, la signora è tornata nella stanza

Con un'altra femmina che teneva la mano del bambino

Quando ho sentito quella presenza mi ha calmato, ma mentre mi sciamavano

La calma è diventata una tempesta perché quello che hanno cantato mi ha allarmato

Ho sentito l'odio che parlavano con l'ottica sfocata

Dicendomi il motivo per cui li ho dimenticati e me stesso è stato dimenticato la parola

In quel momento l'ho sentito come una folata di vento

Una voce ha detto svegliati, ho sentito battere le mani ed ero su un palco con altri 2 uomini

Ho aperto gli occhi e ho capito che G

Un ipnotizzatore aveva ipnotizzato un altro uomo e allo stesso tempo ipnotizzato me

Ha detto alza il braccio e tienilo su

L'altro uomo ipnotizzato era il dottore e nella mia mano la lista era piegata

L'ho aperto chiedendomi cosa può essere

Erano le 19 parole della fantasia, l'elenco è composto da amici e familiari

Sì, mia madre, mia moglie e mio figlio sono quelli che erano quelle persone

E l'unica parola dell'elenco che sembrava risaltare era la parola "Amore"

Soppresso nella mia mente subcosciente, in questo caso l'amnesia

È quando l'amore è in te ma ti dimentichi di mostrarlo sempre

Ora tornato alla normalità, mi sta convertendo

Ho detto che non avrei ricordato nulla, sono tornato al mio posto

E ha detto a Dope: «Ti ho detto che non avrebbe funzionato con me»
