No matter how hungry I get, I’ll never eat those

Man at the intersection begging for ends

Seen that fool three hours later, he was driving a Benz

Nothing discreet, the whole world’s full of lies and deceit

I had homies turn on me like I was a street

Seen my old partner on the block and asked him, «What's happenin' man?»

Knew that he was struggling when he answered, 'Oh, I can’t complain'

They lied when they said it’s hard but it’s fair

I see the hard part daily but the fair is very rare, so understand

So many trials may come, don’t turn around and run

When all is said and done, guess I’m not the only one

Some people say they love you, they take advantage of you

Going through some things tryna make it through the cycle

You are not the only one there’s millions more like you

A lot of cats are going through it, you just can’t see his baggage

Lots of women dealing with abortions or a miscarriage

Disparage, emotional damage is substantial

Our problem’s spiritual and mental, not financial

Swing on your enemies no matter what the size of them

It ain’t that I don’t have problems, I’m just good at disguising them

Calm, cool, collected on the outside is my daily face

But in my head all hell is breaking loose and taking place

Sitting in the grease, it’s hot, popping and sizzling

Can’t make it through the storm if you faint when it starts drizzling

Unexpected expenses, my money started fizzling

Man, oh well, I guess it is what it is again

Trials are like a video game, let me show you

When you take a loss, hit the reset and start it over, see

I hope God put a little sense up in your head

Maybe our suffering is to humble and remove our pride

Depending on each other helps us make it through this ride

Non è che non ho problemi, sono solo bravo a mascherarli

Calmo, fresco, raccolto all'esterno è il mio viso quotidiano

Ma nella mia testa si sta scatenando l'inferno

Seduto nel grasso, è caldo, scoppiettante e sfrigolante

Non riesci a superare la tempesta se svieni quando inizia a piovigginare

Spese impreviste, i miei soldi hanno iniziato a sfrigolare

Amico, oh beh, suppongo che sia di nuovo quello che è

Le prove sono come un videogioco, lascia che te lo mostri

Quando subisci una perdita, premi il ripristino e ricomincia da capo, vedi

Spero che Dio ti abbia messo un po' di senso in testa

Non c'è bisogno di odiarsi a vicenda, quando è finita prega per il meglio

Mi sentivo come se stessi vivendo tutto il tempo

Ma i problemi degli altri mi hanno fatto ringraziare il Signore per i miei

Il mio design, tanto odio, non tanto amore

Costantemente viene preso a pugni in faccia con i guantoni da boxe della vita

A tutte le famiglie che hanno perso qualcuno per suicidio

O qualsiasi altro motivo per cui qualcuno che conoscevi era morto

Forse la nostra sofferenza è umiliare e rimuovere il nostro orgoglio

Dipendere l'uno dall'altro ci aiuta a superare questa corsa
