Thank you jesus, for what youre doing for me,

Thank you jesus, I want the whole world to see,

That youre not just a picture on the wall in my room,

That youre faster than lightning, and youre coming back soon.

Thank you jesus, for all the good things you do,

Thank you jesus, I wish they all could know you,

That youre not just a book collecting dust on the shelf,

And if they dont want to read it, youre gonna be back to tell them yourself.

I dont understand, why my fellow man, had to turn away,

From all the good things that you say,

Theyre still trying to find a better way, but you know they wont,

Unless they invent one, then well have to patent it.

Thank you jesus, for all the good things youve done,

Im having so much fun, loving you.

I really want to shout it to the whole human race,

That youre not just this building on the corner where we meet,

They can know you in person, youre a pleasure to meet.

Non capisco perché il mio compagno abbia dovuto voltare le spalle,

Che non sei solo questo edificio all'angolo in cui ci incontriamo,

Possono conoscerti di persona, è un piacere incontrarti.
