In a place where the skies are always blue

There once was a boy,

A boy just like you

In the day,

He would play or lay with a book

And eat the food that his mother would cook

He chased all the birds

That lingered to sing

For watching them fly

Was his favorite thing

But one bird was quick

And harder to catch

He chased it through bushes

And off his path

Ha inseguito tutti gli uccelli

Per averli visti volare

Era la sua cosa preferita

Ma un uccello è stato veloce

E più difficile da catturare

Lo ha inseguito attraverso i cespugli

E fuori dal suo cammino
