Star Maiden - Lisa Thiel

As I look into the great night sky I see the Star Maiden waiting

Among the many worlds she stands and she always gently beckons

For me to look among the heavens and remember my beginnings there

She calls me to return in dreams and to follow the path of the Bear

For the sky is like a lover to whom you always belonged,

whose eyes hold all the secrets for which you’ve always longed,

And so I take the Star Maiden’s hand and fly among the stars

And meet my ancient relations there in the dreamtime where they all are

Eternally keeping the light and the wisdom of all time

And my soul drinks from their shining waters that heal my heart and mind

Mentre guardo nel grande cielo notturno, vedo la Star Maiden che aspetta

Tra i tanti mondi lei sta e lei sempre gentilmente fa cenno

Per me guardare tra i cieli e ricordare i miei inizi lì

Mi chiama a tornare nei sogni e a seguire il percorso dell'Orso

Perché il cielo è come un amante a cui sei sempre appartenuto,

i cui occhi custodiscono tutti i segreti che hai sempre desiderato,

E così prendo la mano della Star Maiden e volo tra le stelle

E incontrare le mie antiche relazioni lì nel sogno, dove sono tutte

Mantieni eternamente la luce e la saggezza di tutti i tempi

E la mia anima beve dalle loro acque splendenti che guariscono il mio cuore e la mia mente
