What is happiness?

What is freedom?

I asked them these questions many times

But they never responded

And yet not a day went by without me hearing their whispers

They told me the same nightmares over and over again

Which I tried in vain to forget

My mind was so bewildered that all I could hear and see was them

Who should I believe?

Where should I go?

Who was I?

From dawn to dusk they stayed close to me and kept reminding me of my past

demons

But let me give you some advice

Get rid of all of that

Organize your mind and forget things which should be forgotten

Don’t keep forever crying the same old tears

Because if there is one thing you need to do

In order to grow and to evolve

Is to sort things out

Say goodbye to your nightmare and past demons

To be happy, you must listen to yourself

Not to their sinister whispers

Don’t be afraid to turn the page and write a much more beautiful story

Sort your mind out

Clear the negative thoughts

And everything will be better

Have faith in yourself

And bid them farewell

Cos'è la felicità?

Che cos'è la libertà?

Ho fatto loro queste domande molte volte

Ma non hanno mai risposto

Eppure non passava giorno senza che io sentissi i loro sussurri

Mi hanno raccontato gli stessi incubi più e più volte

Che ho cercato invano di dimenticare

La mia mente era così confusa che tutto ciò che potevo sentire e vedere erano loro

A chi dovrei credere?

Dove dovrei andare?

Chi ero?

Dall'alba al tramonto sono rimasti vicino a me e hanno continuato a ricordarmi il mio passato

Ma lascia che ti dia un consiglio

Sbarazzati di tutto questo

Organizza la tua mente e dimentica le cose che dovrebbero essere dimenticate

Non continuare a piangere per sempre le stesse vecchie lacrime

Perché se c'è una cosa che devi fare

Per crescere ed evolversi

È sistemare le cose

Dì addio al tuo incubo e ai demoni del passato

Per essere felice, devi ascoltare te stesso

Non ai loro sussurri sinistri

Non aver paura di girare pagina e scrivere una storia molto più bella

Riordina la tua mente

Cancella i pensieri negativi

E tutto andrà meglio

Abbi fiducia in te stesso

E di' loro addio
