Rebirth - MacHiavel

He had stayed in the bottom of a wardrobe

For two years, he had not made anybody laugh

Waiting in his black room hoping that the door would open

He had not aged one day

His face had kept all it’s features

And his eyes were shinning with the oncoming of the show

Finally the day so much hoped for had come

He could see his rebirth

First his head tactfully rose like a child still asleep

Then his chest and slowly his arms and his legs

I could see he was in good running order

Softly he made a smile of satisfaction at the puppeter

Everybody wanted to see the show which looked like a feast

And when the lights went out he appeared inq moonbeam

He was dress in white with a red rose on his heart!

He did pirouettes

He mimed a rope dancer

Walking in the air

A loving violinist playing the music of the fair

A little girl with a white balloon winked at him

The puppet stopped, and slowly he pulled the threads which

He did the same with his arms and his head

Now he could do his show all alone

The children were charing harder and harder

The crowd was delirious.

He could see he was in good

Running order

Softly he made a smile of satisfaction at the puppeteer

Before leaving the stage

He pulled the red rose attached to his heart

And he threw to the little girl’s feet

She let go off her white balloon and took the rose…

Era rimasto in fondo a un armadio

Per due anni non aveva fatto ridere nessuno

Aspettando nella sua stanza nera sperando che la porta si aprisse

Non era invecchiato di un giorno

La sua faccia aveva mantenuto tutti i suoi lineamenti

E i suoi occhi brillavano all'arrivo dello spettacolo

Finalmente il giorno tanto sperato era arrivato

Poteva vedere la sua rinascita

Dapprima la sua testa si alzò con tatto come un bambino ancora addormentato

Poi il petto e lentamente le braccia e le gambe

Potevo vedere che era in buone condizioni

Dolcemente fece un sorriso di soddisfazione al burattinaio

Tutti volevano vedere lo spettacolo che sembrava un banchetto

E quando le luci si sono spente è apparso inq raggio di luna

Era vestito di bianco con una rosa rossa sul cuore!

Ha fatto piroette

Mimava un ballerino di corda

Camminando nell'aria

Un violinista amorevole che suona la musica della fiera

Una bambina con un palloncino bianco gli fece l'occhiolino

Il burattino si fermò e lentamente tirò i fili che

Ha fatto lo stesso con le braccia e la testa

Ora potrebbe fare il suo spettacolo da solo

I bambini stavano bruciando sempre più duramente

La folla era in delirio.

Poteva vedere che stava bene

Ordine in esecuzione

Dolcemente fece un sorriso di soddisfazione al burattinaio

Prima di lasciare il palco

Tirò la rosa rossa attaccata al suo cuore

E si gettò ai piedi della bambina

Ha lasciato andare il suo palloncino bianco e ha preso la rosa...
