Through The Fire - H

So many times I’ve questioned certain circumstances

Or things I could not understand

Many times in trials, weakness blurs my vision

And my frustrations get so out of hand

It’s then I am reminded I’ve never been forsaken

I’ve never had to stand the test alone

As I look at all the victories, the Spirit rises up in me

It’s through the fire my weakness is made strong

And He never promised the cross would not get heavy and the hill would not be

hard to climb

He never offered victory without fighting but He said help would always come in

time

Just remember when you’re standing in the valley of decision and the adversary

says give in

Just hold on, our Lord will show up and He will take you through the fire again

I know within myself that I would surely perish

But if I trust the hand of God, He’ll shield the flames again

Tante volte ho messo in dubbio determinate circostanze

O cose che non riuscivo a capire

Molte volte nelle prove, la debolezza offusca la mia vista

E le mie frustrazioni mi sfuggono di mano

È allora che mi viene in mente che non sono mai stato abbandonato

Non ho mai dovuto superare la prova da solo

Mentre guardo tutte le vittorie, lo Spirito sale in me

È attraverso il fuoco che la mia debolezza è resa forte

E non ha mai promesso che la croce non sarebbe diventata pesante e la collina non lo sarebbe stata

difficile da scalare

Non ha mai offerto la vittoria senza combattere, ma ha detto che l'aiuto sarebbe sempre arrivato

Ricorda solo quando ti trovi nella valle della decisione e dell'avversario

dice cedere

Aspetta, nostro Signore si farà vivo e ti porterà di nuovo attraverso il fuoco

So dentro di me che sarei sicuramente morto

Ma se mi fido della mano di Dio, Egli proteggerà di nuovo le fiamme

E non ha mai promesso che la croce non sarebbe diventata pesante e la collina non lo sarebbe stata

difficile da scalare
