Meaning - Ren

The meaning of this life can change

It’s just how you observe it

Like you can’t stop a wave

But you can learn to surf it

So it’s all down to interpretation…

Remember…

One man changed the laws of physics with a three letter equation

So I take that same principle and I apply it to life

For every moment’s an oportunity in a different disguise

To be aware of your potential is to open our eyes

The only force that works against us is the ticking of time

But I accept mine

I stare death in the face

I take hold of its bony fingers

I hold death in embrace

For to accept death, that is to be free of fear

And we can fill the gap with love and time just seems to dissapear

For what is the use in working a nine to five job

Trying to build some sort of status for ourself before our time is up

If when we get there we feel the same as we did from the start

Material wealth will never quench a thirsty heart

We spend so much time searching for the meaning of our existence

That sometimes we forget to just exist through sheer persistence

Buddhist monks will spend days in deep meditation

And saints will contemplate God and all of his crations

Scientist will try to summarize with and equation

Consumerist they’ll try to buy the ticket to salvation

Well this is my theory

This is my school of thought

The meaning of life is much easier that once thought…

I think that the meaning of life

It is to simply live

And if I am wrong

Then lord please forgive

But it seems so simple

It’s obvious

It makes me want to shout out

That the meaning of life is this moment

This second

Right here

Right now

Il significato di questa vita può cambiare

È solo come lo osservi

Come se non riuscissi a fermare un'onda

Ma puoi imparare a navigare

Quindi è tutto merito dell'interpretazione...

Ricordare…

Un uomo ha cambiato le leggi della fisica con un'equazione di tre lettere

Quindi prendo lo stesso principio e lo applico alla vita

Per ogni momento è un'opportunità in un travestimento diverso

Essere consapevoli del tuo potenziale significa aprire gli occhi

L'unica forza che funziona contro di noi è il ticchettio del tempo

Ma accetto il mio

Fisso la morte in faccia

Prendo le sue dita ossute

Tengo la morte in un abbraccio

Perché accettare la morte, cioè essere liberi dalla paura

E possiamo riempire il divario con amore e il tempo sembra semplicemente scomparire

A che serve lavorare un lavoro dalle nove alle cinque

Cercando di costruire una sorta di status per noi stessi prima che il nostro tempo scada

Se quando arriviamo lì, ci sentiamo come dall'inizio

La ricchezza materiale non placherà mai un cuore assetato

Passiamo così tanto tempo a cercare il significato della nostra esistenza

Che a volte ci dimentichiamo di esistere solo per pura persistenza

I monaci buddisti trascorreranno giorni in profonda meditazione

E i santi contempleranno Dio e tutte le sue creazioni

Lo scienziato cercherà di riassumere con un'equazione

Consumisti cercheranno di comprare il biglietto della salvezza

Bene, questa è la mia teoria

Questa è la mia scuola di pensiero

Il significato della vita è molto più facile che una volta si pensava...

Penso che il significato della vita

È semplicemente vivere

E se mi sbaglio

Allora Signore, ti prego, perdona

Ma sembra così semplice

È ovvio

Mi fa venire voglia di gridare

Che il senso della vita è questo momento

Questo secondo

Giusto qui

Proprio adesso
