Salvation's Answer - Revelation

The time was right to rid the world

Of the serpent’s filth and decay

Immaculate purity gave birth to a Son

To enlighten and pave the way

You taught us by example how to be one with the Soul

To be humble and give with your heart

That Your Kingdom is our goal

Your blood was on our hands

But You returned to wash it away

Forgiving all who deceived themselves

In believing they’d turned You away

You left us with Your Spirit to guide us thru troubled times

But we have lost the light you’ve placed in us

And replaced it with lust and crime

Thank You for being there, for taking away my pain

For accepting me the way I am, for teaching me

For opening my eyes, For returning my love for You

I need You more every day, to cope with the hate and fear

I know You’ll never leave me here alone

Era il momento giusto per liberare il mondo

Della sporcizia e della putrefazione del serpente

L'immacolata purezza ha dato alla luce un figlio

Per illuminare e aprire la strada

Ci hai insegnato per esempio come essere uno con l'Anima

Per essere umili e dare con il cuore

Che il tuo regno sia il nostro obiettivo

Il tuo sangue era sulle nostre mani

Ma sei tornato per lavarlo via

Perdonare tutti coloro che si sono ingannati

Credendo che ti avessero respinto

Ci hai lasciato con il Tuo Spirito per guidarci attraverso tempi difficili

Ma abbiamo perso la luce che hai messo in noi

E lo ha sostituito con lussuria e crimine

Grazie per essere lì, per aver portato via il mio dolore

Per avermi accettato come sono, per avermi insegnato

Per aver aperto i miei occhi, per aver ricambiato il mio amore per Te

Ho bisogno di te ogni giorno di più, per far fronte all'odio e alla paura

So che non mi lascerai mai qui da solo
