It’s been 912 days since we left earth

It feels like time gets slower and slower every day

Funny how I say day, like that means anything anymore

I can’t remember the last time I saw the sky

I can’t remember what my favorite food tastes like

I can’t remember any of my friends' voice

But I do remember the last day

Plants had all failed us

All of us, including themselves

We all thought we could handle him

And we did for a while but.

we didn’t

The final immense wasn’t planned at all

Everything’s seemed so calmed and no one even talked about it for the last

decades

I got lucky, I guess

I’m one of the few who got two extra years

But now it has been months since the last reply and the communication system

broke so, I’m trapped in a box in the immensity of space and yes,

I’m alive but I’m also an endling

I’m doing this because I’m afraid this might be humanity’s last chance to say

something

And I know it’s stupid and I’m basically screaming into the void but I need to

try, so:

Hello, we existed

We were rebellious, smart, passionate, sinners

We were the last humans left

I really wish we could’ve survived our time so that we could live in the earth

but there’s no luck

Sono passati 912 giorni da quando abbiamo lasciato la Terra

Sembra che il tempo diventi sempre più lento ogni giorno

Divertente come dico giorno, come se non significasse più niente

Non riesco a ricordare l'ultima volta che ho visto il cielo

Non riesco a ricordare che sapore abbia il mio cibo preferito

Non riesco a ricordare la voce dei miei amici

Ma ricordo l'ultimo giorno

Le piante ci avevano tutte deluso

Tutti noi, compresi se stessi

Pensavamo tutti di poterlo gestire

E lo abbiamo fatto per un po', ma.

L'immenso finale non era affatto pianificato

Sembrava tutto così calmo e nessuno ne parlava nemmeno per l'ultimo

decenni

Ho avuto fortuna, immagino

Sono uno dei pochi ad avere due anni in più

Ma ora sono trascorsi mesi dall'ultima risposta e dal sistema di comunicazione

rotto così, sono intrappolato in una scatola nell'immensità dello spazio e sì,

Sono vivo ma sono anche un finale

Lo sto facendo perché temo che questa potrebbe essere l'ultima possibilità per l'umanità di dirlo

qualcosa

E so che è stupido e praticamente sto urlando nel vuoto, ma ne ho bisogno

prova, quindi:

Ciao, esistevamo

Eravamo ribelli, intelligenti, appassionati, peccatori

Eravamo gli ultimi umani rimasti

Vorrei davvero che potessimo sopravvivere al nostro tempo in modo da poter vivere sulla terra

ma non c'è fortuna
