All the colours make me swell

Crimson, occur

Tiny petals in the well

Sinking under

Sea spray lashes at my cheek

Tidal thunder

Stream and brook and river run

Tell the ocean

Boughs and roots and rocks all hold

Hold their posture

Sticks and twigs and stones as well

Help their stature

As these wanders hold my joy

Life and duty

Still they cannot keep my eye

From his beauty

Tutti i colori mi fanno gonfiare

Affondando sotto

Tuono di marea

Ruscello, ruscello e corso del fiume

Dillo all'oceano

Aiuta la loro statura

Mentre questi vagabondaggi conservano la mia gioia

Vita e dovere

Eppure non riescono a tenermi d'occhio
