I explain to myself — too much drugs?

Maybe I’m sick?

I close my eyes and the darkness becomes the eternity,

I feel «your» world going away,

This moment like a fly on a shit, rotting bodies, everlasting scream,

I feel the stench of human existence

And God is late for the meeting

I see myself slashing my flatmate’s artery,

I go further, faster, I run, I feel relief,

Warmth is going through my backbone the washing- machine is spin-drying,

The hum of everyday news on the radio, a head in my hands…

I keep it and see it in harmony with my emotions,

Suddenly so calm at the moment

The eternity is so blessed

And God is still late for the meeting…

Mi spiego a me stesso : troppe droghe?

Forse sono malato?

Chiudo gli occhi e l'oscurità diventa l'eternità,

Sento il «tuo» mondo che se ne va,

Questo momento come una mosca su una merda, corpi in decomposizione, urlo eterno,

Sento il fetore dell'esistenza umana

E Dio è in ritardo per l'incontro

Mi vedo tagliare l'arteria del mio coinquilino,

Vado più avanti, più veloce, corro, mi sento sollevato,

Il calore mi attraversa la spina dorsale, la lavatrice sta centrifugando,

Il ronzio delle notizie quotidiane alla radio, una testa tra le mani...

Lo conservo e lo vedo in armonia con le mie emozioni,

Improvvisamente così calmo al momento

L'eternità è così benedetta

E Dio è ancora in ritardo per l'incontro...
