We’re ringing out our signals

With almost everything destroyed

Ignorance is bliss

Somewhere between immensity and all eternity

We’re preaching to the blind

With ancient age old doctrine

We’re reading in between the lines

To find our freedom from sin

We’re reaching up in arms

As we look down upon our neighbor

We’ll follow all those falling stars

Our pseudo-science saviors

We’re lost inside

The past defines us

We’ve lost our minds

Tell me who do we trust?

Somewhere between immensity and all eternity

We’ll find inside us the peace and silence to let it be

Somewhere between insanity and our humanity

We’ll leave behind us the greed and violence, set us free

With all that shines above, and everything in us

We’re losing human touch, and all we’ve come to trust

Still we’re capable of love, capable of love

But are we strong enough?
