Outstretching spaces

Ride the sign as water-mother

Towards the east, and also southward

Towards the west, and also northward

The sea in all directions

In a solitude of ethereal

From the East in fierceness

Whips the ocean into surges

Strikes the stars with sprays of weeping

Union now of force and beauty

Sink the storm-winds into slumber

Play the forces of the Northland

Till at last in full conception

Ride the sign as water-mother

Alla grande distesa dei caduti

Spazi estesi

Cavalca il segno come madre dell'acqua

Dall'Oriente con ferocia

Frusta l'oceano in picchi

Colpisce le stelle con spruzzi di pianto

Unione ora di forza e bellezza

Affonda i venti di tempesta nel sonno

Gioca con le forze del Nordland

Fino alla fine del concepimento
