Terror On the Ghost Ship -

The time had come to throw him overboard

The ocean pulsed just like an ugly sore

His clothes were torn, his skin all ripped and red

He thought of all the things that could have been

The creatures of the deep, they circled 'round

He saw their fins and heard their beastly sounds

«I'll be back,» he said to all the crew

«You're done with me, but I’m not done with you.»

The captain pushed him with his rusted sword

He walked the plank, then how the rain did pour

Seven days and seven black ink nights

Every hour, oh how that crew did fight

Their sails gone and holes punched in the ship

They heard a voice say, «Brothers, take a dip.»

Slower than the burning hands of time

The ship, it sunk with no one left alive

But sometimes when the moon is dull and new

You’ll see this ragged ship and ghostly crew

Their souls are trapped and they cannot break free

Doomed to walk the plank eternally

I suoi vestiti erano strappati, la sua pelle tutta strappata e arrossata

Pensò a tutte le cose che avrebbero potuto essere

Le creature degli abissi giravano in tondo

Vide le loro pinne e udì i loro suoni bestiali

«Torno» disse a tutto l'equipaggio

«Hai chiuso con me, ma io non ho finito con te.»

Il capitano lo spinse con la sua spada arrugginita

Ha camminato sull'asse, poi come è caduta la pioggia

Sette giorni e sette notti di inchiostro nero

Ogni ora, oh come ha combattuto quell'equipaggio

Le loro vele sono sparite e i buchi sono stati perforati nella nave

Sentirono una voce dire: «Fratelli, fate un tuffo».

Più lento delle lancette ardenti del tempo

La nave affondò senza che nessuno fosse rimasto in vita

Ma a volte quando la luna è opaca e nuova

Vedrai questa nave cenciosa e un equipaggio spettrale

Le loro anime sono intrappolate e non possono liberarsi

Condannato a camminare sull'asse per l'eternità
