River of Life I - Veni Domine

Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life

As clear as crystal

Flowing from the throne of God

And the lamb down the middle of the great street of the city

On each side of the river

Stood the tree of life

Bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month

And the leaves of the tree are for the healing for the nations

No longer will there be any curse

The throne of God and the lamb will be in the city

And his servants will serve him

They will see his face and his name will be on their forehead

There will be no more night

They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun

For the lord God will give them light

And they will reign forever and ever

Scendendo dal trono di Dio

E l'agnello in mezzo alla grande strada della città

Su ogni lato del fiume

In piedi l'albero della vita

Portando dodici raccolti di frutta, dando i suoi frutti ogni mese

E le foglie dell'albero sono per la guarigione delle nazioni

Non ci sarà più alcuna maledizione

Il trono di Dio e l'agnello saranno in città

E i suoi servi lo serviranno

Vedranno la sua faccia e il suo nome sarà sulla loro fronte

Non ci sarà più notte

Non avranno bisogno della luce di una lampada o della luce del sole

Perché il Signore Dio darà loro la luce

E regneranno nei secoli dei secoli
