Dear Dead Bride -

Night came, sounds became whispers

To my mind their words clang, bitter

My soul turned into their prisoner

Gloom took me away, deeper and deeper

At last my head began to find peace

My whole body dived into bliss

All of a sudden your figure appeared

And slowly came your words to my ears:

«Look at me reach my hand», you said

Your eyes were so black and your face so pale

But you were too high in the divine skies

I couldn’t touch you, my dear dead bride

Holy voices came through the clouds

Whispers became noise, so loud

«Your dear dead bride lies in the ground

If your scar is still a red wound

Go and find her

Unmask the killer»

With all my strenght and all my rage

I scraped the mud, broke the cage

Got lost in this frightening race

But didn’t find you, even not a trace

Went back to the surface to breathe a new air

Shouted to the sky:"You lied to me, it's unfair

My dear dead bride isn’t burried in the ground

‘Cause nothing, nothing of her has been found"

The voices talked to me once again

And reassured my poor heart so much in pain

«Dear human, your research was not in vain

The killing dagger is just above, in the rain»

My anger recovered, I fled to the skies

Then caught the clouds and tried and tried

But nothing of you came, no light, no flame

My body bled, I was almost insane

«I'll kill your dark vampire» said I

«The dagger will be in his hand,» voices replied

Throw his evil soul away, away

‘Cause he’s not worth seeing another single day"…

…I woke up suddenly in the silent bedroom

It could be midnight or it could be noon

«That was a bad dream, a cruel nightmare»

But in my right hand, the dagger was there

Venne la notte, i suoni divennero sussurri

Alla mia mente le loro parole risuonano, amare

La mia anima si è trasformata nella loro prigioniera

L'oscurità mi ha portato via, sempre più a fondo

Alla fine la mia testa iniziò a trovare pace

Tutto il mio corpo si tuffò nella beatitudine

All'improvviso apparve la tua figura

E lentamente sono arrivate le tue parole alle mie orecchie:

«Guardami, allungare la mia mano», dicesti

I tuoi occhi erano così neri e il tuo viso così pallido

Ma eri troppo in alto nei cieli divini

Non potevo toccarti, mia cara sposa morta

Voci sante giunsero attraverso le nuvole

I sussurri sono diventati rumori, così sonori

«La tua cara sposa morta giace per terra

Se la tua cicatrice è ancora una ferita rossa

Vai a trovarla

Smaschera l'assassino»

Con tutta la mia forza e tutta la mia rabbia

Ho raschiato il fango, rotto la gabbia

Mi sono perso in questa corsa spaventosa

Ma non ti ho trovato, nemmeno una traccia

Sono tornato in superficie per respirare una nuova aria

Gridò al cielo: "Mi hai mentito, è ingiusto

La mia cara sposa morta non è sepolta nel terreno

Perché niente, niente di lei è stato trovato"

Le voci mi hanno parlato ancora una volta

E rassicurato il mio povero cuore così tanto nel dolore

«Caro umano, la tua ricerca non è stata vana

Il pugnale mortale è appena sopra, sotto la pioggia»

La mia rabbia si è ripresa, sono fuggita verso il cielo

Poi ha catturato le nuvole e ha provato e riprovato

Ma niente di te è venuto, nessuna luce, nessuna fiamma

Il mio corpo sanguinava, ero quasi pazzo

«Ucciderò il tuo vampiro oscuro» dissi

«Il pugnale sarà nelle sue mani», risposero le voci

Getta via la sua anima malvagia, via

Perché non vale la pena vederlo un altro giorno"...

...Mi sono svegliato improvvisamente nella camera da letto silenziosa

Potrebbe essere mezzanotte o potrebbe essere mezzogiorno

«Quello era un brutto sogno, un incubo crudele»

Ma nella mia mano destra, il pugnale era lì
