Thorns - Vomitory

Embraced by enchantment, feeble winds howl

The sun levitates through a deathbed of lights

The empty horizon, forsaken and cold

Ascends from the ashes of the vanishing sun

Under veils of oblivious skies

I wander through naked fields over cold grounds

Clawed trees stands lifeless engraved in the mist

Into nowhere that grimly reveals

Unshadowed for the dying sun still buried under desperate claws

A pale light shimmers with a cleansing brightness through the dark

The sun shall no more give us warmth

But still to haunt from empty skies

In the distant gleam lies the forgotten to be found

Among all shades of the trees the naked fields now drown

As I slowly wander into the forests grip it all opens clear

Now I see through the dim which nestles before my steps

Where the light shines so pure but still seems distant from the path

Forgiving shadows fall through the wise wind

Forever to shine with a distant thorn of light

The howling now increases when the wind grips the trees

Serenades fills the air with enchanting sighs of relief

All vanishing into the skies where the sun no longer glows

Only the breeze now seems to breathe through the night

When I reach the light tears me through the silent dark

Enlivened by the mesmerizing wind

The trees stand reaching into the sky

As a vast memory the banished sun shall rest

Unshadowed for the thorns still tearing me with desperate claws

The light still shimmers a pure brightness in the dark

Forgiving shadows fall through the wise wind

Forever to shine with distant thorns of light

Abbracciato da incanto, ululano deboli venti

Il sole levita attraverso un letto di morte di luci

L'orizzonte vuoto, abbandonato e freddo

Ascende dalle ceneri del sole che svanisce

Sotto i veli di cieli ignari

Vago per campi nudi su terreni freddi

Gli alberi artigliati si ergono senza vita incisi nella nebbia

In nessun luogo che rivela cupamente

Senza ombra per il sole morente ancora sepolto sotto gli artigli disperati

Una luce pallida brilla con una luminosità purificante attraverso il buio

Il sole non ci darà più calore

Ma ancora da ossessionare dai cieli vuoti

Nel bagliore lontano giace il dimenticato da trovare

Tra tutte le sfumature degli alberi i campi nudi ora annegano

Mentre mi aggiro lentamente nella morsa della foresta, tutto si apre chiaramente

Ora vedo attraverso l'oscurità che si annida davanti ai miei passi

Dove la luce brilla così pura ma sembra ancora lontana dal sentiero

Ombre perdonatrici cadono attraverso il vento saggio

Per sempre risplendere di una lontana spina di luce

L'ululato ora aumenta quando il vento afferra gli alberi

Le serenate riempiono l'aria di incantevoli sospiri di sollievo

Tutto scomparendo nei cieli dove il sole non brilla più

Solo la brezza ora sembra respirare per tutta la notte

Quando raggiungo la luce mi lacera attraverso l'oscurità silenziosa

Allietato dal vento ipnotizzante

Gli alberi stanno raggiungendo il cielo

Come un vasto ricordo il sole bandito riposerà

Senza ombra per le spine che ancora mi lacerano con artigli disperati

La luce brilla ancora di una pura luminosità nell'oscurità

Ombre perdonatrici cadono attraverso il vento saggio

Per risplendere per sempre di lontane spine di luce
