Sadat X è un rapper statunitense nato il 29 dicembre 1968, noto soprattutto per essere stato membro del gruppo hip-hop alternativo Brand Nubian . Originariamente noto come Derek X , adottò il nome Sadat X in onore dell'ex presidente egiziano Anwar Sadat. Nel 1996, contribuì alla compilation della Red Hot Organization "America Is Dying Slowly", collaborando con artisti come Biz Markie , Wu-Tang Clan e Fat Joe .
