Hip-Hop has carried me from dark times into ecstatic places

I’m working hard, at times for weeks I wouldn’t see no faces

I got that Dennison work ethic, but this a new home

And then a Journalist from Hip-Hop Connection

Reviewed The 4th Quarter and painted a misconception

I asked for a correction, cos it wasn’t an opinion

It was lies, the Editor told me that he would listen to my album

To see if that journalist’s words were dramatised

Called me back and told me next edition they’d apologize

But the damage was already done, I told him forget it and now they gone

Ho recensito Il quarto trimestre e dipinto un'idea sbagliata

Ho chiesto una correzione, perché non era un parere

Erano bugie, l'editore mi ha detto che avrebbe ascoltato il mio album

Per vedere se le parole di quel giornalista sono state drammatizzate

Mi ha richiamato e mi ha detto che nella prossima edizione si sarebbero scusati
