What’s in the gutter… oh it’s a… one of those polystyrene… um boxes… that’s

all… take away… there’s chips in there… didn’t really want to finish the

chips… that’s unusual…

I’ve been walking for hours

Needed a rest

Take a good look around

Nowhere to rest

There’s a shop

Selling gentlemen’s suits

Further along

An estate agent or two

And a take-away sign

Over a dusty door

Shiny photos of food

Slightly microwaved

There’s a Methodist hall

No Smoking

No Dogs

In the Methodist hall

It looks pretty grim

In the Methodist hall

Despite a poster which says that

«He's There for Us All»

And it’s a beatuful day

For walking away

Its’s a beautiful day

But not there

Oh guarda, c'è un coniglio morto,... tutto piatto,... completamente piatto... Oh c'è

un altro…

Cosa c'è nella grondaia... oh è uno... uno di quei polistirolo... ehm scatole... ecco

tutto... da portare via... ci sono delle patatine lì dentro... non volevo davvero finire il

patatine... è insolito...

Sono ore che cammino

Avevo bisogno di riposo

Dare una buona occhiata in giro

Nessun posto dove riposare

C'è un negozio

Vendo abiti da uomo

Più avanti

Uno o due agenti immobiliari

E un cartello da asporto

Sopra una porta polverosa

Foto brillanti di cibo

Leggermente al microonde

C'è una sala metodista

Vietato fumare

Niente cani

Nella sala metodista

Sembra piuttosto cupo

Nonostante un poster che lo dice

«È lì per tutti noi»

Ed è una bella giornata

Per andar via
