My game’s got a pretty simple story…

Ah, my friend Cloud Strife told me to come on this show and talk about it…

It was the distant future, two thousand and five

All I wanted to do was chill out and retire

But genetically enhanced renegades, named Foxhound

Stole a bunch of nukes and had shit on lockdown

Okay we’re past our time limit, Snake!

Colonel Campbell said I had to infiltrate

Before they start a nuclear conflict

What a bunch of jerks!

You’re a bag of dicks

I climbed through an air vent and saved two guys

They shared top secrets and suddenly died

Of two heart attacks right out of thin air

Both within five minutes!

Oh my God, I don’t care!

Then I met Meryl, a hot box of rocks

And I fought a gunslinger named Ocelot

But a cyborg ninja cut his hand away

You know, normal shit that happens every day

Listen Snake, there must have been a mistake

On this show you’ve got to get right to the point of your game

Like the ship from Galaga

Hi, I shoot stuff in space

And this car from Pole Position

I’m a car!

That’s great!

You know we’ve been through this before with your boy Cloud Strife

And he talked too long I contemplated ending my life

So let’s keep things nice and simple like the hero over there

From the Atari game Adventure

I’m literally just a yellow square!

Who cares

I tried really hard to find a mech named Rex

And the ninja came back in the mix like Chex

It was Grey Fox and I fought Vulcan Raven

A big motherfuckin' Alaskan shaman

So I killed that guy but before he died

He said Meryl liked me, I almost cried

She’s a little hottie pants, ooh-meow!

It would be so great if you died right now

I killed Sniper Wolf who was absurdly hot

And then murdered three guys and an evil robot

'Til Liquid Snake and I were left alone

He said that I was his brother and a superior clone

Then he died of a virus and thinking fast

Meryl saved us

I don’t give a frog’s fat ass

Then we stayed together until the seven year itch

And now you know the simple plot of Metal Gear bitch!

Listen Snake I’ve taken all I can take

Just because your game is simple doesn’t mean that it’s lame

Why can’t I just have a single panel of guests

Il mio gioco ha una storia piuttosto semplice...

Ah, il mio amico Cloud Strife mi ha detto di partecipare a questo programma e parlarne...

Era il lontano futuro, duemilacinque

Tutto quello che volevo fare era rilassarmi e andare in pensione

Ma rinnegati geneticamente potenziati, di nome Foxhound

Ha rubato un mucchio di armi nucleari e ha avuto cazzate durante il blocco

Ok, abbiamo superato il nostro limite di tempo, Snake!

Il colonnello Campbell ha detto che dovevo infiltrarmi

Prima che inizino un conflitto nucleare

Che Mucchio di idioti!

Sei un sacco di cazzi

Sono salito attraverso una presa d'aria e ho salvato due ragazzi

Hanno condiviso top secret e improvvisamente sono morti

Di due attacchi di cuore dal nulla

Entrambi in cinque minuti!

Poi ho incontrato Meryl, una calda scatola di rocce

E ho combattuto un pistolero di nome Ocelot

Ma un cyborg ninja gli ha tagliato la mano

Sai, merda normale che succede tutti i giorni

Ascolta Snake, dev'esserci stato un errore

In questo programma devi andare dritto al punto del tuo gioco

Come la nave di Galaga

Ciao, scatto cose nello spazio

E questa macchina da Pole Position

Sono un'auto!

È fantastico!

Sai che ci siamo già passati con il tuo ragazzo Cloud Strife

E ha parlato troppo a lungo, ho pensato di porre fine alla mia vita

Quindi manteniamo le cose belle e semplici come l'eroe laggiù

Ho cercato davvero di trovare un mech di nome Rex

E il ninja è tornato nel mix come Chex

Quindi ho ucciso quel ragazzo ma prima che morisse

Ha detto che piacevo a Meryl, ho quasi pianto

È un pantalone da gnocco, ooh-miao!

Sarebbe fantastico se morissi in questo momento

Ho ucciso Sniper Wolf che era assurdamente caldo

E poi ha ucciso tre ragazzi e un robot malvagio

Fino a quando Liquid Snake e io siamo rimasti soli

Ha detto che ero suo fratello e un clone superiore

Poi è morto a causa di un virus e ha pensato velocemente

Meryl ci ha salvati

Non me ne frega il culo grasso di una rana

Poi siamo stati insieme fino al prurito di sette anni

E ora conosci la trama semplice di Metal Gear cagna!

Solo perché il tuo gioco è semplice non significa che sia zoppo
